Workspace
Team & workspaces
Invite teammates, switch workspaces, and share credits.
Each AdRoast account can belong to one or more workspaces. A workspace owns the subscription, credit balance, preset reservations, library, and achievements. Team members share everything except individual profile settings (name, avatar, password).
Inviting teammates
- Go to Settings → Team and send an invite by email.
- Invitees accept via the link (/invite/<token>) and join your workspace.
- Seat limits: 1 on Free, Creator, and Pro; 3 on Studio; 10 on Agency.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces, switch the active one under Settings → Team. The sidebar, library, credits, and plan all update to the selected workspace.
What's shared
- Creative credit balance and monthly usage.
- Subscription plan and billing.
- Preset reservations.
- My Library, Projects, roasts, and generations.
- Achievements and XP (workspace-level).
