Before you write
- Check Trash if an item seems missing — it may have been soft-deleted.
- Check the active-jobs bell if a generation seems stuck.
- Video upload failures often mean the file exceeds storage limits — try compressing to under 50 MB.
- Credit errors usually mean the workspace balance is low — see Billing & credits.
Status & updates
Product updates and known issues are shared with active workspaces by email. Check Settings for the address on your account.
